Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz are obviously having a blast, and anytime they are on screen, the movie's energy and fun level pegs the meter. The break-neck pace can keep the audience guessing about where Cruise's character is dragging Diaz's reluctant heroine off to next. Kudos to the leads for doing many of their own stunts.

The Cocoanuts is a great comedy with the Marx brothers, where Groucho runs a hotel that isn't doing so good.Then Chico and Harpo appear and things start going even worse. Zeppo plays a hotel worker. The Cocoanuts is an early Marx movie from 1929. It is their first talky. The Cocoanuts remains a cinematic landmark.

Amy Adams and Matthew Goode star in Leap Year, a romantic comedy that follows one woman's determined quest to get married to the perfect guy despite what fate has in store for her. This is a fine date movie, but enjoyable as well for those of us who fondly remember the sometimes funny, sometimes painful quest for a mate.

The Back-up Plan is a comedy that explores dating, love, marriage and family in reverse. It's entertaining, predictable but funny and very much a chic flick. Everyone knows what happens but is still cute. The details that make the movie. It's a funny plot and J.lo and Alex are great on it. Live life moment to moment and enjoy it.
